My end goal is to become a practicing physician that sees and operates on patients regularly while playing a key role in field advancing research that focuses on neurodegenerative diseases.
Research Experience
Ajay is a pre-med student who is majoring in Biology and will be graduating from the University of Florida in Spring 2022. Previously, Ajay conducted clinical research in regenerative medicine with Interventional cardiologists Dr. Rakesh Sharma and Dr. Leslie Miller. He is also a coauthor to a manuscript regarding stem cell usage in MI recovery. His goal is to become a practicing physician that sees and operates on patients regularly while playing a key role in field advancing research that focuses on neurodegenerative diseases.
Hobbies & Interests
Ajay likes to participate in athletics ranging from gymnastics to martial arts which he has been practicing most of his life. He also enjoys photography and taking landscape pictures and action shots.
